UPDAiTE vs SullyGnome
Checked November 2026. UPDAiTE isn't affiliated with SullyGnome.
SullyGnome is an archive of Twitch stats, back to August 2015, with game and channel rankings over ranges from 3 days to a year. UPDAiTE doesn't keep history like that. It looks at this week on Twitch and Kick and gives you ten ideas made for your channel. For research, use SullyGnome. For what to stream this weekend, use UPDAiTE.
Who each one suits
SullyGnome says it aims to provide information for “the streamers and game developers who create the content we all love.” It suits anyone digging into how Twitch games and channels have done over weeks, months or years.
UPDAiTE suits small and new streamers on Twitch or Kick who want to know which game to stream next and what to do with it.

Where SullyGnome is the better pick
- You want long history: data back to August 2015, ranges up to a year, or a month by month archive.
- You want to see how viewers spread across channels in a game, or which channels are growing fastest.
- You make games and want to see how yours does on Twitch over time.
- You want stats that refresh through the day. Their charts update hourly, and UPDAiTE's list comes once a week.
Where UPDAiTE fits
UPDAiTE starts from your channel. You answer a few questions about your size, the games you play, your platform and your PC, and every Friday afternoon ET you get ten ideas. Each one says why it's trending this week, shows the numbers behind it when we have them, and gives you one thing to do on stream. A new streamer and a 200 viewer channel in the same game get different lists.
It has limits worth knowing. It covers Twitch and Kick only, and its numbers come from English-language streams. It works weekly, not live. Its own history starts October 26, 2026, so it can't show you last year. Kick doesn't offer clips or past broadcasts through its API, so moments from Kick streams come without a video link.
Using both
Use SullyGnome to see how a game has done over months, and UPDAiTE to decide whether it fits your channel this week and what to do on stream. One looks back, the other plans the weekend.
